How to replace the massage head?

Just pull one off and put another massage head on.

Can the elderly use this massage gun?

There are various massage heads and speeds for different users. Please contact your physician before using it if you’ve had a recent surgery or other underlying disease.

How do we clean this massage gun?

We can clean the attachment heads, a quick wipe down with a damp towel or antibacterial wipes is sufficient. For the foam head, simply spray with a little alcohol or sanitizer, then air dry.

Can the battery be replaced?

No, the battery is built in and rechargeable.

The massage gun can't be turned on and button doesn't work.

Please check if the massage gun is being charged with the adaptor. It is recommended not to use the massage gun when charging.

There’s a ring of oil around the part where the heads attached.

It is normal to have some oil in, please just use dry wipes to clean out.

What's the rubber sleeve for?

Each massage head has a rubber ring on it where it connects to the massage gun. There are extra rings that come with the unit in case you need to replace the one on the massage head.

The heads are made from EVA / slicon and ABS.
